We recommend and offer the following comprehensive process to help you ensure that your athletic organization is free from discrimination, harassment, and violence. Each component leads to the next and ultimately, to an environment in which people feel safe, valued, and welcome.
1. Policy Review
We will evaluate your internal policies to make sure that they are fair and equitable regarding recruiting, unacceptable behaviors, consequences, corrective actions, and other key areas.

2. Climate Assessment
This is a key component. Before you can put an action plan in place to achieve the end goal, you must first evaluate and understand the current climate of your athletic organization. Intervention without justification can be ineffective.

3. Intervention
Elimination of inappropriate behaviors may take a combination of different interventions such as: education, training, one-on-one coaching, group coaching and policy adjustments. Our interventions are cutting edge and enthusiastically received. Ideally, these interventions are part of an integrated initiative. However, each one on its own can make a powerful impact within your athletic organization.

4. Strategic Planning
We help you build upon the policies and actions so that your initiative gains momentum as your organization changes. Developing a strategic plan and monitoring its progress will ensure that your policies continue to be appropriate for the prevailing climate.
